Well Technician

A1 Plumbing Quinte, located in Trenton, is seeking three Full time Well Technician. A1 Plumbing, Pumps & Water Treatment is a locally owned, family run company that provides quality service to the Quinte and surrounding areas specializing in residential service and replacement work.

Job Duties: 

• Understand service criteria and hold yourself accountable for exceeding revenue goals.
• Establish customer rapport to sell the right products and services.
• Educate and assist customers in choosing the best finance options and maintenance plans.
• Understand service criteria and hold yourself accountable for exceeding revenue goals.
• Work alongside customer service and dispatch to ensure overall success of the business.
• Maintain a clean, organized job site and well inventoried truck.
• Participate actively in all training exercises, morning meetings and retreats.
• Train and mentor apprentices to ensure quick, accurate repairs and installations.
• Be accurate and timely with invoices, timecards, curbside feedback and option sheets.

Skills/Qualifications:

• Clean driving record and valid license.
• Journeyman Plumber.
• Diagnose and repair residential pump & well systems and lead customers to informed and confident buying decisions.
• Licensed with knowledge of local plumbing codes and ability to make on-the-job applications.
• Organized with exceptional follow-through abilities.
• Strong verbal and written communications.
• High integrity with advanced social skills and ability to make solid connections.

Additional Information:

Compensation: $80,000-$100,000/Year. Extended Healthcare and benefits.

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm- On-call and overtime available
