Waterproofing Labourer

Donerite Solutions is looking for a hardworking and dedicated individual to join our basement waterproofing team. The right candidate will be able to work in a group setting on various residential and commercial job sites, as well as follow direction and be willing to learn.

Responsibilities:
– Assist in the installation of waterproofing systems, drainage solutions, and foundation repair components
– Work in outdoor conditions year-round, including rain, snow, and heat
– Follow directions and safety regulations on job sites
– Operate basic tools and equipment under supervision
– Work effectively as part of a team to meet project deadlines
– Maintain a professional attitude and represent Donerite Solutions positively on site

Requirements:
– Must have a valid driver’s license
– Reliable transportation to and from work
– Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
– Strong work ethic and ability to follow safety procedures
– Good communication and teamwork skills
– Must be punctual and dependable

*Prior experience in basement waterproofing or construction labor is preferred but not required.
