Job Description:

Position Overview: We are currently hiring Warehouse Associates for part-time, full-time, and contract positions. Your primary duties will involve the safe, secure, and accurate processing of customer orders. Tasks include picking products from shelves or bins, re-stocking shelves, and participating in inventory counts. The role also includes receiving incoming products and ensuring proper storage or shelving.

Key Responsibilities:

• Efficiently and accurately pick and pack customer orders, ensuring all products and quantities are correct.
• Accurately scan products into our computer system, ensuring inventory accuracy.
• Create shipping labels and prepare orders for shipping.
• Handle and move boxes, including lifting up to 22 kilograms (49 pounds).
• Receive and inspect incoming shipments and stock shelves as needed.
• Stand and walk during shifts lasting up to 8 hours, and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, reach, and climb ladders.
• Assist in physical inventory counts.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Work Conditions:

• Safety is our priority. You’ll wear closed-toe shoes, follow established safety procedures, share safety tips with co-workers, and recognize safe practices in the workplace.
• Flexibility is key. Associates should be open to working voluntary extra hours when needed and be able to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• You will be on your feet for the entirety of your shift, which may include standing for extended periods, walking around the facility, bending, reaching, and climbing ladders.
• Warehouse temperatures may vary between 15°C (60°F) and 32°C (90°F) in the back warehouse.
• A relaxed dress code allows for freedom of movement and comfort. Associates are expected to follow safety guidelines with their attire.

Qualifications:

• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace is an asset.
• Professional demeanor with strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks.
• Works well in a dynamic, fast-paced team environment.
• Personal or professional experience in fitness, health, and wellness is a plus.
