Superintendent (Live In)

Westwind Condominiums in Picton is a popular, 3-building, 72 condo complex, mostly owner-occupied and is looking for a live-on-site Superintendent to work fulltime.

Responsibilities and Duties

Health and Safety: Ensure that regular Fire System inspections occur; Safety Hazards are addressed effectively

Cleanliness of Building: All common areas, including entrances, elevators, and corridors are kept clean

Maintenance of Buildings, Equipment, and Property: proper maintenance through timely inspections, recommended actions, and sourcing and engaging reputable trades companies to perform work. Ensuring minimal disruption to residents

Interactions with Owners, Tenants, and Visitors: frequent interaction with many residents and visitors; fielding and prioritizing calls for maintenance issues, enforcing established rules, and responding promptly to emergency situations

Qualifications

If you are a self-starter, mechanically adept, with strong organizational and interpersonal skills, this position may be right for you.

Benefits and Compensation

• Total compensation package, including condo living, will be $55,000-$60,000, depending on qualifications
• Superintendent 2 bed, 2 bath condo is move-in ready and part of your total compensation package
• Paid utilities and cellphone
