Recover and Refresh Upholstery is seeking a Full Time Skilled Industrial Upholsterer to join their team- Part time options are available.

Job Duties:

• Strip, repair, and reupholster furniture frames and cushions
• Sew cushions, piping, and fabric panels with expert attention to detail
• Apply webbing, springs, foam, batting, and decorative finishes
• Work with a wide range of textiles (fabrics, leathers, and vinyl’s)
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Follows directions, and able to ask for input/clarification as required
• Lifting and moving furniture from work benches

Qualifications:

• Experience as an upholsterer
• Proficient with upholstery tools, sewing machines, and techniques
• Strong craftsmanship and pride in quality work
• Able to read project specs and follow direction
• Able to troubleshoot issues with furniture frames, padding or fabric
• A team player with excellent time management
• Experience with tufting, channeling, or custom builds
• Knowledge of foam cutting and pattern making
• Attention to detail- ensure precise measurements, clean cuts, and proper alignment of materials
• Excellent verbal communication skills

Additional Information:

• Wages: TBD depending on experience. Minimum $18/ hour
