Site Coordinator

Pinecrest Housing is looking for an ambitious, high energy person to be part of the team that is creating affordable housing in Prince Edward County.

The focus for this contract will be on completing the internal demolition of the building so it is ready for construction.

Salary: $30 per hour plus 4% Vacation Pay
Work Week: 35 hours per week, Monday to Thursday
Start Date: June 23 – August 22, 2025 (9 Weeks)

Responsibilities

The scope of work will include:

• Coordination: with the Project Contractor(s) with regards to specific tasks
• Supervision: Canada Summer Job staff as they complete outdoor maintenance, inside demolition and preparation for construction
• Training: Canada Summer Job staff in the various trade skills they will require to complete tasks
• Develop Linkage: with Loyalist College, the community and Prince Edward Learning Centre, and others
• Establish: an on-site office and maintaining vital information
