Join the Serving Team at The Beau Bistro in Picton! The Beau Bistro is a cozy, well-loved spot in the heart of Picton, known for its creative menu, local ingredients, and welcoming atmosphere. We’re currently looking for a reliable, hardworking individual to join our serving team. If you’re passionate about food and enjoy working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, we’d love to hear from you!

Schedule: Full-time/Part-time; Morning, afternoon, and evening shifts, Weekends
Wage: $17.20 plus tips

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests promptly and courteously upon arrival

• Present menus and provide recommendations on food and drink pairings

• Take customer orders accurately and enter them into the POS system

• Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely and professional manner

• Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe dining environment

• Process bills and handle payment transactions (cash, debit, credit)

• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service

• Assist with opening, closing, and side duties as assigned

• Follow all health and safety regulations, including food handling protocols

Qualifications:

• Smart Serve Certification (required)

• Previous serving or customer service experience (preferred)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• A friendly, positive attitude and professional demeanor

• Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods

• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

• Knowledge of wine, cocktails, and local fare is an asset
