As a Server, you will be the face of our dining experience, responsible for providing guests with exceptional service and creating memorable moments. You will take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure that every guest has a delightful dining experience. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a passion for hospitality.

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
Benefits: discounted or free food
Schedule: 8 hour shift; Day, evening, morning shift; Monday to Friday; Weekends as needed

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Provide knowledgeable recommendations regarding the menu and daily specials.
  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of food and beverages to guests.
  • Monitor guest satisfaction and address any concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service and coordination.
  • Assist in training new servers as needed.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a server in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment while multitasking effectively.
  • A positive attitude and a genuine passion for guest service.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage pairings is a plus.
  • Valid Smart Serve certification is required.
  • Ability to handle moderate physical exertion; standing, walking, pushing, pulling, shoveling, and lifting items up to 30 kg.
