Head Cleaner/Room Attendant

Lakeside Inn is looking for a Head Cleaner/Room Attendant to lead our housekeeping efforts and ensure a consistently high standard of cleanliness and comfort for our guests year-round.

🛏️ Position: Head Cleaner / Room Attendant
📍 Location: Lakeside Inn, Cloyne, Ontario
📅 Schedule:

• Off-season (Sept–May): 10–20 hours per week
• Peak season (June–August): Up to 40 hours per week
• Regular Days Off: Tuesdays and Wednesdays

💼 Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and prepare guest rooms and common areas to the highest standard
• Lead and assist with scheduling, training, and overseeing additional cleaning staff during peak season
• Replenish linens, towels, and guest supplies
• Report maintenance issues and ensure all areas are guest-ready
• Maintain supply inventory and communicate ordering needs
• Take pride in presenting a clean, comfortable environment that enhances every guest’s experience

✅ Requirements:

• Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience required
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Ability to lead by example and work independently
• Available to work Thursday through Monday (Tuesdays and Wednesdays off)
• Friendly, team-oriented attitude
