Job Title: Residential Construction Laborer/Framer (Full-Time)

Location: Based out of Stirling, Ontario (various job sites)

Wage: $20–$25 per hour (higher depending on experience)

Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable, hardworking Residential Construction Laborer/Framer to join our team. This full-time position involves framing residential homes and supporting various aspects of construction. Candidates must be physically capable of performing demanding tasks and comfortable working in all weather conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Frame residential homes according to plans and specifications

·         Cut, measure, and assemble lumber

·         Operate and maintain tools such as nail guns and saws

·         Perform tasks involving bending, twisting, and heavy lifting

·         Work safely and efficiently on active job sites

Requirements:

·         Own transportation to and from job sites

·         Personal tools required: pouch, hammer, measuring tape, and CSA-approved safety work boots

·         Experience in residential framing is an asset, but motivated candidates with related experience will be considered

·         Ability to work outdoors year-round in various weather conditions

·         Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn
