Registered Nurse – Homecare – Prince Edward County

Bayshore Home Care Solutions is seeking Registered Nurses to join our team and provide care to our clients in Prince Edward County. This position requires the successful candidate to have their own reliable transportation to support a visiting nursing schedule.  This is a FT position (30 hours/week) with a pay rate of $38.95/hour. 

Job Duties include:

Address and document symptoms and changes in patients’ conditions, Assess patients to identify appropriate nursing interventions, Collaborate with members of an interdisciplinary health team to plan, implement, co-ordinate and evaluate patient care in consultation with patients and their families, Dispense and administer medications and treatments as prescribed by a physician, Manage home care cases, Operate or monitor medical apparatus or equipment, Provide nursing care, Perform administrative tasks
