Quality Management Lead

Azoria Fiberglass Pools, located in Trenton, is a leading manufacturer of high-quality in-ground fiberglass pools. We pride ourselves on craftsmanship, innovation, and lean manufacturing principles.

Azoria Fibreglass pools are seeking a Full Time Quality Management Lead to join their team.

Job Duties:

• Leading quality assurance across all manufacturing processes
• Coach team members to reach highest quality standards
• Ensure consistent application on the production floor and in ZOHO
• Conduct in-process and final product inspections
• Investigate non- conformances and drive root cause analysis and corrective action
• Maintain SOP’s, quality documentation, and inspection standards
• Train production staff on defect identification and quality procedures
• Monitor and analyze quality KPI’s
• Support lean manufacturing practices including 5S and waste reduction
• Participate in cross-functional teams to improve processes and eliminate variation

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing quality role (fiberglass or composites preferred)
• Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies
• Experience with root cause tools (5 Whys, Fishbone, Pareto)
• Strong communication, leadership and documentation skills
• Able to read technical drawings and specifications
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
• Physically able to conduct inspections in and around pool moulds
• Able to travel to and from Quebec
• Able to communicate in French and English, (French not mandatory but an asset)
