Job Description and Criteria required:

• examine ingredients to ensure conformance to company standards.
• gather previous production package(s) and use to verify accuracy of recipe, prior to weighing out, with manager.
• record numbers and notes clearly and initial all work.
• follow all work instructions and safety procedures.
• identify allergens (soy, sesame, milk, tree nuts, mustard, wheat, sulphites, coconut) on our allergen list.
• able to lift up to 50 pounds (23 kg).
• demonstrate strong organizational and time management skills.
• perform various quality control checks.
• testing finished products, record and submit to production package
• maintain a flexible approach to work and meet all team-based production needs.
• maintain a strict level of personal hygiene which includes adhering to all health and safety protocol.
• follow all Sprague Foods protocol.
