Property Management Assistant

County Curated is a boutique property management company located in Prince Edward County that curates spaces to both exemplify the area and create unforgettable guest experiences. County Curated is currently looking for a Property Management Assistant to add to their team

Responsibilities:

• Assist with general property maintenance and minor repairs (indoors and outdoors)

• Clean and maintain property exteriors including light landscaping, seasonal cleanup, screen replacements, and minor assembly tasks (e.g., putting together furniture)

• Perform light groundwork including mowing lawns, removing debris, and maintaining landscaping features

• Support property inspections by identifying needs, safety concerns, and potential issues

• Respond to occasional evening calls for emergency deliveries or urgent issues

• Assist with equipment upkeep and basic construction tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Valid driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle

• Previous experience in property maintenance, construction, or landscaping considered an asset

• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team

• Strong problem-solving skills and a hands-on, can-do attitude

• Availability for occasional evening/emergency call-outs
