Production Worker

Dolphin Fiberglass Pools Canada, located in Trenton, is a manufacturer of superior quality inground fiberglass pools made in Canada. Creating a dream oasis in your backyard, these pools beautify an outdoor space with their stunning colors and diverse array of freeform, classic and rectangular designs.

Dolphin Pools is seeking Full Time Production Workers to join their team.  

Job Duties:

• Operate hand tools and power tools to fabricate and assemble products
• Follow production guidelines and specifications to meet quality standards
• Assist in the preparation and application of fiberglass materials to product specifications
• Work with other materials to reinforce the fibreglass structure for strength and durability
• Assist in loading and unloading materials
• Maintain clean and organized work area
• Perform quality checks on products to identify defects or issues
• Operate forklifts or other warehouse equipment as needed

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred
• Proficient with hand tools, power tools, and mechanical knowledge is desired
• Familiar with warehouse operations and forklift operations an asset
• Able to fabricate and assemble products accurately and efficiently
• Able to maintain a safe and organized work environment, including proper handlings and disposal of materials and following safety protocols

Additional Information:

• Working at Heights Certification an asset
• Wages: $18-$19 per hour
• Hours: 42.5 hours per week
