Job Description – Prep Cook

We’re looking for an organized and efficient Prep Cook to assist in the kitchen. You’ll handle food preparation tasks, ensuring ingredients are ready for the cooks and chefs.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients by washing, chopping, and portioning.
• Assist with basic cooking tasks as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards.

Qualifications

• Experience as a prep cook or in a similar role preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work quickly.
• Basic understanding of food preparation and safety.
• Food Handlers consider an asset
