Plumber Maintenance Technician

A1 Plumbing Quinte, located in Trenton, is seeking a Full time Plumber Maintenance Technicians. A1 Plumbing, Pumps & Water Treatment is a locally owned, family run company that provides quality service to the Quinte and surrounding areas specializing in residential service and replacement work

Job Duties: 

• Complete in-home service calls relating to the maintenance of existing plumbing and water treatment systems
• Complete plumbing, drain cleaning and other related in-home service calls.
• Establish customer rapport to sell the right products and services.
• Educate and assist customers in choosing the best finance options and maintenance plans.
• Understand service criteria and hold yourself accountable for exceeding revenue goals.
• Work alongside customer service and dispatch to ensure overall success of the business.
• Maintain a clean, organized job site and well inventoried truck.
• Participate actively in all training exercises, morning meetings and retreats.
• Train and mentor apprentices to ensure quick, accurate repairs and installations.
• Be accurate and timely with invoices, timecards, curbside feedback and option sheets.

Skills/Qualifications:

• Clean driving record and valid license.
• Knowledge of residential plumbing fixtures, appliances and ability to make on-the-job applications. Knowledge of water treatment systems
• Develop proven track record in soldering, pipe threading, fixture installation and other common residential plumbing repairs.
• Organized with exceptional follow-through abilities.
• Strong verbal and written communications.
• High integrity with advanced social skills and ability to make solid connections

Additional Information:

Compensation: Based upon experience. Extended Healthcare and benefits.

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm/ On-call available.
