Plumber Installer

A1 Plumbing Quinte, located in Trenton, is seeking three Full time Plumber Installers. A1 Plumbing, Pumps & Water Treatment is a locally owned, family run company that provides quality service to the Quinte and surrounding areas specializing in residential service and replacement work

Job Duties: 

• Accurately and efficiently install high quality equipment in our customers homes.
• Complete larger residential plumbing projects that are not within the scope of a service call. Water and drain re-pipes, water heater installations, water treatment installations, some remodel/rough in work.
• Establish customer rapport to sell the right products and services.
• Educate and assist customers in choosing the best finance options and maintenance plans.
• Understand service criteria and hold yourself accountable for exceeding revenue goals.
• Work alongside customer service and dispatch to ensure overall success of the business.
• Maintain a clean, organized job site and well inventoried truck.
• Participate actively in all training exercises, morning meetings and retreats.
• Train and mentor apprentices to ensure quick, accurate repairs and installations.
• Be accurate and timely with invoices, timecards, curbside feedback and option sheets.

Skills/Qualifications:

• Clean driving record and valid license
• Journeyman Plumber
• Licensed with knowledge of local plumbing codes and ability to make on-the-job applications
• Develop proven track record in soldering, pipe threading, fixture installation and other common residential plumbing.
• Organized with exceptional follow-through abilities.
• Strong verbal and written communications.
• High integrity with advanced social skills and ability to make solid connections

Additional Information:

Compensation: $80,000-$100,000/Year. Extended Healthcare and benefits.

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm- On-call and overtime available
