MKR Cabinets is seeking a Full Time Office Coordinator to join their team

Responsibilities:

• Act as of the first point of contact by answering telephones, greeting walk-in visitors, and replying to requests and engagement via email and voicemail.
• Maintaining company books to record expenses and income
• Invoicing customers and processing payroll
• General data entry and clerical work

Qualifications:

• Post-secondary diploma in office administration, business administration, or a relative business discipline and/or experience in an office position
• Experience with Quickbooks, Sage or equivalent. General bookkeeping knowledge.
• Problem solving and communication skills to think quickly and navigate through challenging conversations

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Additional Information:

• Hourly Rate $20-$25 based on experience
• Monday to Thursday – 8:00 – 4:30
• Friday 8:00 – 12:00
