The Royal Hotel is hiring cooks for the summer (June 1 – September 30), with permanent positions available.

We run a serious, farm-driven kitchen backed by our own 650-acre farm. Italian-focused, seasonal cooking — pasta, bread, butchery, and daily prep from raw ingredients. The hotel is a Michelin Key property, and the kitchen operates with the same level of consistency and attention to detail.

This is a working kitchen, not an assembly line. You’ll be expected to cook, stay organized, and improve.

We’re looking for cooks who show up, pay attention, and take pride in what they put on the plate.
