Inside Counter Sales

TML Supply Company, located in Belleville, is a wholesale distributor of residential and commercial HVACR products. It is also a division of Trent Metals (2012) Limited. TML Supply carries a wide variety of industry-leading brands, and our inventory is complemented by knowledgeable staff and professional services.

TML Supply is seeking a Full Time Inside Counter Sales Associate.

Job Duties:

• Provide outstanding service to our customers by assisting with all aspects of the sales of counter merchandise and products.
• Interact in a positive and professional manner with customers in person, over the phone, and online.
• Provide quick and efficient service to obtain maximum sales and customer satisfaction.
• Communicate with customers effectively to assists with their queries and provide effective resolutions, ensuring complete customer satisfaction.
• Complete all company processes and documentation while processing orders, including small order quotations, invoicing, warranty claims and returns.
• Verify availability of items for customer, as ordered and scheduled.
• Process and record payments.
• Perform necessary product research in catalogues and online.
• Take initiative to maintain stock of show room and counter, as needed.
• Offer help and assistance in the warehouse if required.
• Act in a professional and respectful manner always.
• Other related duties as assigned

• Excellent interpersonal skills and commitment to customer service to develop and maintain mutually beneficial relationships with our suppliers and customers.
• Organization and time management skills.
• Ability to work in a productive manner with little supervision.
• Ability to work in a team environment to achieve both company and personal success.
• Ability to properly assess situations and respond appropriately.
• Some knowledge of the HVAC industry

Additional Information:

• Wages: $22.00 per hour

• Hours of operation: 7am- 5pm

• Requires lifting, pulling, pushing, climbing, standing, sitting.
