Hardscape Crew Team Leader

Warren Landscaping + Design has been operational for 14 years and we continue to grow. We are seeking to hire a Hardscape Crew Team Leader to join our 2025 team. We have an immediate start date.

Role and Responsibilities

This position requires the successful candidate to oversee all manner of landscape projects from
initial site preparation and organization to final project completion. Projects can involve patios and
walkways, pool areas, retaining walls, driveways, fencing, decks, natural stone work, sodding and
garden bed, culminating into a fully integrated design.

Skill Requirements

• Must have a minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a team leader.
• A valid G driver’s licence with a clean abstract is required. Upgraded licence is an asset.
• The candidate must be detail-oriented, efficient and take pride in their work.
• Carpentry skills are an asset but not essential.
• Must have experience in operating heavy equipment and power tools associated with landscaping: Excavator, Skid Steer, Plate compactor, Stone Saw.
• Must be able to understand and execute from technical drawings and sketches.
• Most importantly, must be reliable and able to organize and motivate their hardscape team to work efficiently, professionally and to inspire enthusiasm for the projects.

Additional Information

• Wages offered will be based upon experience.
• This position is full-time with available 44 to 50 hours per week and flexible shortened Fridays.
