Front of House Staff

The Mighty Crowe Bar & Grill, in Marmora, is looking to hire a Front of House Staff.

Job Duties:

· Greet and welcome guests with a warm and professional demeanor

· Manage reservations, seating, and waitlists

· Ensure a clean and organized front area

· Provide excellent customer service and handle inquiries

· Work closely with kitchen and back-of-house staff to ensure smooth service

· Positive attitude and strong communication skills

· Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

· Previous customer service or hospitality experience is a plus

· Flexible availability (evenings and weekends)

May at times be required to prepare food orders

Qualifications:

·         Must have SMART SERVE & FOOD HANDLERS CERTIFICATE
