Experienced Roofer

H&M Contracting is seeking an Experience Roofer to work a various job sites including the areas of Brighton, Trenton, and Belleville

Job Duties: 

• Install, repair, and replace roofs using materials such as shingles, tiles, metal, gravel, asphalt, and shakes.
• Install scaffolding, ladders and roof hoist equipment as needed for roof access.
• Inspect roof structure for quality and longevity, then provide next steps to customers
• Experience using various professional tools and equipment
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Skills/Qualifications:

• Experience in roofing preferred
• Working at Heights Certification preferred
• Problem Solving Skills and attention to detail
• Excellent customer service skills
• Proficient in using tools such as tape measures, ladders, nail guns etc..
• Knowledgeable about different types of roofing materials like shingles, asphalt, PVC, and TPO

Additional Information:

• Wage: $20-$25 per hour
• Clientele base in place
• Must have Driver’s License and own vehicle or ability to get to and from work site
