Dispatcher

A1 Plumbing Quinte, located in Trenton, is seeking a Full time Dispatcher. A1 Plumbing, Pumps & Water Treatment is a locally owned, family run company that provides quality service to the Quinte and surrounding areas specializing in residential service and replacement work

Job Duties: 

• Meet daily goals by prioritizing the most valuable and urgent calls.
• Evaluate customer calls and match the right technician to every job.
• Relay accurate information to technicians, ensuring proficient, quality customer experiences.
• Planning, optimizing, scheduling and routing technicians.
• Record the results of each service call and create report summaries for senior management.
• Be professional and establish customer rapport, encouraging repeat business.
• Respond to customer requests, resolving issues and promoting the brand.
• Participate in training to boost sales and ensure quick, accurate dispatch of incoming orders.
• Update customers throughout the day on the technician’s progress and assess potential rescheduling based on determined priority of services.

Skills/Qualifications:

• A proven track record in customer service and/or dispatch is an asset.
• Willingness to constantly develop skills using resources and tools provided.
• IT competent; good typist and proficient with phone systems.
• Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities.
• Strong verbal and written communications.
• Personality that blends well with a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
• Competitive individual contributor who also loves to win as a team.
• Highly motivated, flexible and great attitude on life.

Additional Information:

Compensation: $21-30/hour. Extended Healthcare and benefits.

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm-
