Direct Support Professionals

Inclusion Northumberland are hiring PART TIME, Direct Support Professionals to service the Northumberland area(s).

Job Duties:

This exciting and rewarding position supports people with developmental disabilities to live their lives to the fullest by actively participating in their community, learning new skills, maintaining their best possible health, assisting with activities of daily living, travelling, connecting with friends and family, and enjoying life!

Qualifications:

Ideal candidates will be graduates of a Human Services Programs, such as DSW, SSW, CYW, PSW, ECE, BST, but Inclusion Northumberland is willing to provide training to those who share our organizational values.

Additional Information:

• Competitive – $24.98 – $26.24 hourly wages
• $100 Signing Bonus (upon successful completion of probation period)
• Comprehensive Benefit Package – Including Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Matched RRSP Contributions, Employee Assistance Program, and an Extensive Training Program
• Work locations in Trent Hills, Brighton, Cobourg and the surrounding area
• Shifts include Days, Evenings, Overnights and Weekends
• Full-Time opportunities are posted internally, with $30.91 – $32.61 hourly wages.
