We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Data, Research Administration student to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will assist in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to support research projects and product development initiatives. You will gain hands-on experience working with cross-functional teams, and contribute to the design, testing, and optimization of products based on data insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Data Collection and Analysis:
- Gather and organize data from various sources (surveys, experiments, databases, etc.).
- Assist in analyzing data trends and patterns using tools like Excel and Zoho Forms.
- Prepare reports and visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Research Support:
- Assist in conducting market and competitive research to inform product strategy.
- Review literature and research papers to support ongoing product development efforts.
- Compile and summarize findings from external research and industry trends.
- Product Development Assistance:
- Collaborate with product teams in the ideation and design phases of new products.
- Support testing and iteration processes to refine product features.
- Help develop and implement A/B tests to assess product changes.
- Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain clear documentation of all research, data analysis, and product development activities.
- Prepare presentations and updates for team meetings and product reviews.
- Administrative Support:
- Provide general support including organizing files, managing databases, and assisting with day-to-day operations.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in Data Science, Computer Science, Business, Marketing, or a related field at a university or college.
- Strong interest in research, data analysis, and product development. Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to process large amounts of information.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
