Client Intake Representative

Ontario Coachway located in Trenton has been providing award-winning professional, friendly, convenient, worry free, quality transportation service since 1996! Ontario Coachway is the only licensed “door-to-door” airport service registered with Transport Canada and the Greater Toronto Airport Authority.

Ontario Coachway is seeking a reliable and customer focused Client Intake Representative to join their team.

Job Duties:

• Answer incoming calls and other correspondence
• Review booking forms for accuracy and enter client details into a form
• Respond to emails, acknowledge receipt, and forward as needed
• Provide basic service information (hours, rates, processes)
• Escalate urgent or special request cases to your supervisor

Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Comfortable using phone systems and basic booking website forms
• Customer‑focused attitude with a professional phone manner
• Ability to multitask and prioritize incoming requests

Additional Information:

• Wages 17.20-$18 per hour
• Monday to Friday 9am-4:30pm
