Cider Ambassador / Tasting Room Server

Loch Mór Cider Co is an award winning orchard to glass cidery based on Danforth Rd in Hillier, in an area surrounded by wineries. We were named the most promising new cidery in Canada and have won numerous awards for our ciders. The tasting room is female-led and an inclusive environment & our summer seasons are busy with tour groups and cycle tours wanted to try our ciders in our beautiful setting.

We are looking for team-players that are passionate about cider & hospitality. Cider Ambassadors engage and educate our customers on the orchard to glass experience. You will learn about cider and be able to pass on the knowledge.

• Exemplify an amazing customer experience from greeting to service.

• Take orders, serve guests, and maintain 100% customer satisfaction through genuine hospitality.

• Attention to detail when taking payment & selling bottles.

• Understand responsible alcohol service policies (SmartServe qualified)

• Be proactive in maintaining high standards of safety, cleanliness, merchandising.

• Working in production and orchard, as needed

Qualifications:

• Friendly & personable
• Organized with excellent teamwork skills
• Cashier skills
• Smart-serve certified
• Ability to work weekends, weekdays
• Must be 19+
• Work on feet for full shift & lift 35lbs
• Bilingual an asset
