Carpenter/Labourer

Brauer Homes, located in Belleville, is seeking a Carpenter/Labourer. Brauer Homes is a well-established company known for high-quality workmanship and a strong commitment to safety and integrity. They specialize in new homes and renovation projects.

Job Duties: 

• Assist subcontractors with framing, decking, and finish work.
• Load, unload, and organize construction materials.
• Operate power tools and basic hand tools safely.
• Follow direction from site supervisor.
• Comply with all Ontario health and safety regulations, including proper PPE usage.
• Perform demolition and cleanup tasks as required.
• Maintain a clean and organized worksite.
• Follow all health and safety regulations.
• Perform general labour as needed.

Skills/Qualifications:

• Previous carpentry or general construction experience preferred.
• Familiarity with Ontario Building Code is an asset.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in outdoor conditions.
• Valid G-class driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Must have CSA-approved safety boots and basic PPE.
• Strong work ethic and commitment to safety.
• Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
• Willingness to learn and take direction.

Additional Information:

• Compensation: Dependent on skill and experience
• Job type: Full-time
• Schedule: Monday – Friday
