The Barista knows hot beverages inside and out. Working primarily during the day, The Barista makes custom-ordered drinks for guests to enjoy at a table or as takeout. They own the full space behind the bar during the day, serving expertly all of the items that are available to patrons: take-out, retail and dine-in.

Schedule: Day shift, holidays, Monday-Friday, Weekends as needed
Expected Hours: 25 – 40 per week
Pay: $17.20/hour plus tips
Benefits: Discounted or free food

Primary Tasks

• Ensures their assigned station is set up for service prior to the beginning of their shift
• Works diligently and cautiously to monitor inventory
• Makes hot and cold custom beverages for all customers of the facility and provides meal service to patrons sitting at the bar.
• Can be assigned to work in any of the revenue centres:
  • The Counter Bar
  • The Dining Room
  • The Outdoor Bar
  • The Parlour

Qualifications

Relevant education and work experience will definitely contribute to your appeal as a candidate. However, demonstrating a natural aptitude for the tasks outlined above in conjunction with values that align with ours are the primary drivers of our hiring decisions.
