EXIT Realty Group is seeking a Temporary Administrative Assistant. Every day, this role will
support “agents reaching their full potential” through the execution of business priorities in
line with the company mission and core values. This role drives the customer experience
and environment within the brokerage. It has responsibilities of both the deal and listing
administrators in a hybrid support role along with general administration.
Hours 11am-4pm, Monday to Friday. Additional hours as required.
This is a 12 week contract.
Main function of the Role:
To provide support in various capacities of the Brokerage including:
- Provide excellent customer service and support for our Agents and Admin Staff
- Answer and direct calls and emails; accordingly, record messages for ease of follow up
- Welcome and greet visitors; answer and/or refer inquiries
- Correspond with Agents, outside Brokerages, Lawyers etc. to ensure documents are sent/received in a timely manner
- Assist with incoming deposits and issue deposit receipts
- Assist with the overflow of Listings and required tasks especially during high traffic season (spring and fall market). The Listing Admin will communicate when assistance is required
- Assist with the overflow of transaction paperwork (Listings and Deals) with possible entry into Memo (financial system), and audit responsibilities in SkySlope Suite (transaction system)
- Organize files and support documents; maintain general office filing system
- Keep detailed and accurate records (documentation, emails, notes and follow-up)
- Receive, sort and distribute deliveries, incoming mail and assist with ordering supplies
- Adhere to office processes, systems and policies
- Other duties as assigned
