MLP Residence is currently seeking an Activities & Wellness Manager to lead engaging programs that support the physical, emotional, and social wellbeing of our residents.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and implement recreational, social, and wellness activities tailored to resident interests and abilities
• Promote participation and create inclusive opportunities for all residents
• Ensure activities meet compliance standards and align with resident care plans

Qualifications

• Preferred certifications: recreations; Lifeguarding; DSW; PSW; SSW
• Experience will be taken into consideration
• Experience working with older adults in a community, long-term care, or retirement setting
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• A creative mindset and ability to adapt programming to suit diverse needs and preferences
