Receptionist-Temporary

Bay Marine, located in Trenton, is seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Receptionist for an 8-week full-time temporary position. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for customers, handling phone inquiries, assisting with clothing sales, and completing all vehicle licensing transactions with MTO and Transport Canada.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a professional and welcoming manner
• Answer and direct phone calls efficiently
• Assist customers with the purchase of clothing
• Process vehicle licensing with MTO and Transport Canada
• Make daily trips to the MTO for licensing transactions
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area
• Perform other administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle (daily trips to MTO required)
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Highly organized with attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Previous receptionist or customer service experience preferred

Additional Information:

• Wages $17.20 per hour

• 8 week Summer Position
