Marketing Development Specialist

ChoiceCom Networks and Communications Ltd., located on Sidney Street in Belleville, On, is seeking a Marketing Development Specialist. ChoiceCom Networks and Communications Ltd. is a leading provider of vendor-specific products to businesses. With strategic alliances with top vendors, we have access to various marketing portals. We are seeking a motivated Marketing Development Specialist to join our team and help us drive growth and brand awareness.

Job Duties: 

• Develop, document, and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
• Manage social media accounts, promote ongoing campaigns, create engaging content and interact with the target audience.
• Develop, maintaining and automating marketing materials from vendor-specific portals into comprehensive campaigns.
• Generate detailed reports, review the data and results, make recommendations on campaign development. Evaluate/analyze campaign effectiveness and provide insights for improvement.
• Collaborate with vendors to understand platform-specific reporting tools.
• Support lead nurturing strategies to convert prospects into customers.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities.

Skills/Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, and or marketing experience with proof of activities and results.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, including website development and social media management.
• Knowledge of graphic design and content creation.
• Proficiency with marketing automation tools including Google Analytics and CRM systems, WordPress and blogging.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to generate actionable insights from campaign data.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
