Store Clerks

The Friends of Bon Echo Park is a non-profit organization dedicated to preserving the natural and cultural heritage of Bon Echo Provincial Park.  Greystones Gift Shoppe and Café is our visitor and camper supply shop and we are currently seeking Store Clerks to join our team.

Job Duties:

• Operate point of sale system
• Seek out merchandise for customers and provide alternatives
• Re-stock items as required
• Ensure merchandise is neatly displayed
• Assist with opening and closing of store daily and seasonally
• Provide information to customers regarding the Park, Friends of Bon Echo Park, Friends’ activities and the general area

Qualifications:

• Safe Food Handlers certification required
• Strong math skills
• Familiar with point of sale system
• Ability to communicate and work with the public

Other Information:

• Benefits such as: complimentary park pass, Staff store discount
• May long weekend until the end of June, weekends only
• 3 – 5 days per week during months of July and August
• Labour Day onwards, weekends only again
• Hours: 8:30am – 5:30pm
• Successful candidate will be given priority for work next season 2027.
