Responsibilities:

• Pre-service, the dishwashing team assists with prep tasks as assigned by the Sous Chef.
• During service, the dishwashing team washes and sanitizes all kitchenware and tableware in an efficient manner, ensuring they stay ahead of demand.
• Receiving bus bins from the support staff, tableware is cleaned, organized and redeployed to the floor
• Cookware is cleaned as necessary during service, and then comprehensively at the end of the shift
• Dishwashers work methodically to handle all inventory with care, maximizing the life span of all equipment and minimizing replacement costs.

Qualifications:

Relevant education and work experience will definitely contribute to your appeal as a candidate. However, demonstrating a natural aptitude for the tasks outlined above in conjunction with values that align with ours are the primary drivers of our hiring decisions.
