Shipper/Receiver

Quest-Tech Inc, located in Belleville operates out of a large modern 80,000 square foot facility, we provide a complete range of fabrication and finishing services including shearing, laser cutting, punching, forming, welding, painting (wet/powder), silk screening, assembly, and custom packaging.

Quest-Tech Ince is seeking a Shipper/Receiver to join their team.

 Job Responsibilities

• Manage the shipment and receipt of all products, materials, and supplies
• Track, trace and update the status of incoming and outgoing shipments
• Verify that parts have been inspected and released for shipping
• Ensure manufacturing plan has been signed off indicating final release
• Enter detailed packing requirements for painted & non painted parts
• Mark boxes & crates according to customer specifications
• Strap & wrap pallets with stretch wrap as needed
• Ensure documentation is fastened to the crate/skid and appropriate paperwork is enclosed inside
• Ensure customer or driver signs packing slip or record the bill of landing on delivery receipt
• Ensure all paperwork gets delivered to the main office
• Unload and accept deliveries

Skills/Qualifications:

• Basic computer skills required for data entry
• 1-2 years experience in shipping & receiving would be an asset
• Forklift training an asset

Additional Information:

• WAGES: TDB by experience
• Monday to Friday 7am-3:30pm
• Benefits available after probation period
