Service Advisor

Bay Marine Powersports Dealership, located in Trenton, is locally owned and operated premier powersports and marine dealer. Offering a new and used inventory of boats, outboards, personal watercrafts, ATVs, snowmobiles and side by sides.

Bay Marine is looking for a Full Time Sales Advisor to join their team

Job Duties: 

• Greet customers and act as the main point of contact between customers and the service department
• Open, manage, and close repair orders accurately and efficiently
• Clearly communicate service needs, timelines, and costs to customers
• Coordinate with technicians regarding work progress, parts availability, and scheduling
• Maintain accurate records in the dealership management system
• Follow up with customers on completed work and outstanding service items
• Manage multiple jobs at once while maintaining attention to detail
• Uphold a professional, customer-focused service experience at all times

Skills/Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor in marine, powersports or automotive dealership
• Extremely organized with strong time- management skills
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Comfortable working with dealership computer systems and service software
• Able to work in a fast- paced, high volume environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize
• Team oriented with a positive, professional attitude
• Knowledge of marine or powersports products an asset
