Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Serve banquets, weddings, and events, including setup, teardown, presentation, and meeting group requirements.
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations regarding the menu and daily specials.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of food and beverages to guests.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and address any concerns promptly and professionally.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service and coordination.
• Assist in training new servers as needed.
• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests, following standard recipes and presentation guidelines.
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations and engage with guests to enhance their experience.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring all equipment and supplies are well-stocked.
• Monitor and manage inventory, including ordering and receiving supplies as needed.
• Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations while serving drinks and handling food products.
• Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure smooth service and coordination during busy periods.
• Handle cash and credit transactions accurately, processing payments in a timely manner.
• Participate in ongoing training and team meetings to stay updated on menu offerings and service standards.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a server/bartender in a restaurant, bar, or hospitality setting is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of mixology, beverage preparation, and menu offerings.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on guest service.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• A positive attitude and a passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Valid Smart Serve certification is required.
• Comfortable lifting up 50 lbs.
• Standing for extended periods during shifts.
• Performing repetitive tasks, bending, lighting, and stairs.
