Sales Representative

Located in the heart of downtown Picton, Crowe’s Footwear and Amour Fine Lingerie are locally owned boutiques offering high-quality footwear and intimate apparel with a strong focus on personalized customer service. We are currently seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Part-Time Sales Representative to join our team. If you enjoy helping others, have a passion for retail, and thrive in a customer-focused environment, we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional, personalized service

• Assist customers in selecting and fitting footwear and lingerie products

• Maintain a strong knowledge of product lines, features, and sizing

• Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing

• Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system

• Handle customer inquiries, returns, and exchanges in a professional manner

• Contribute to a positive and welcoming in-store experience

• Support team members and help with day-to-day operations as needed

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Sales or retail experience is an asset

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Knowledge of basic computer systems and point-of-sale equipment

• Ability to work independently and take initiative

• Reliable, punctual, and professional in appearance and attitude

• Comfortable assisting with product fittings (footwear and lingerie)

• Available to work flexible hours, including weekends

• Willingness to learn about new products and provide style/fit recommendations
