Mark Heating and Cooling LTD. is looking to hire a Full-Time, Residential HVAC/G2 Technician to join their successful team.
A family owned and operated business, serving Prince Edward County and surrounding areas since 2005. A fully licensed and insured Heating and Cooling contractor, with refrigeration, air conditioning, gas, propane and ductwork license – offering more than 40 years of experience in the industry.
Job Overview:
Seeking a dedicated and skilled Residential HVAC/G2 Technician to join the team. The Technician will play a crucial role in installation, servicing and maintaining equipment, efficiently and effectively. This position requires strong leadership abilities, technical expertise, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
Salary: $23-$35 depending on experience and licenses held.

Responsibilities and Duties:
- Provide hands-on support for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of equipment to ensure operational efficiency.
- Foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance schedules, and inventory management.
- Ensure timely invoicing and part ordering and follow up procedures daily.
- Provide excellent customer service and communication.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a technical role, with a minimum of 2 years experience.
- Strong understanding of relevant technologies, tools and equipment used in the industry.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Effective communication skills for interacting with team members and other departments.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Familiarity with safety protocols and best practices in a technical environment.
- Must have own tools
- Secondary School (preferred)
- HVAC: 2 years (preferred)
- Ontario Drivers License (required)
- G2 – Gas Fitter License (preferred)
