Renovator

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Renovator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various renovation tasks, demonstrating expertise in residential  projects. As a Renovator, you will be responsible for working within the team transforming spaces through your craftsmanship and attention to detail, ensuring that all work meets high-quality standards. Renovation process would include: Demolition, Framing, Drywalling, Tiling, Flooring, Painting, Finishing, and Amenity Installations.

Pay: $25.00-$40.00 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of renovation tasks including demolition, concrete, studding, and finishing work such as tile, drywall, mudding, flooring, trim work, painting, millwork.
• Utilize hand tools effectively for precise execution of renovation tasks.
• Ensure all work areas are maintained in a clean and organized manner throughout the renovation process.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects while adhering to safety regulations.

Skills and Experience

• Familiarity with construction methods for both interior and exterior applications.
• Proficient use of hand tools necessary for construction and renovation tasks.
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail in all aspects of work.
• Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role.
• Experience in multiple trades – Drywall, Paint, Carpentry, Concrete
• Strong knowledge of general repair and maintenance tasks.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks efficiently.
• Experience in carpentry, tile laying, and drywall required: 5 years
• Drivers license, WHMIS, Tools and own vehicle required
