Part-Time Secondary/Direct Personal Support Worker/RPN

We are currently hiring for a new postion: a Part-Time Secondary/Direct Personal Support Worker/RPN

We are seeking qualified, caring, energetic, and compassionate individual to join our team in Picton. Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care and support to seniors in a respectful and dignified manner

• Assist with activities of daily living

• Administer medications once trained, following established protocols

• Monitor and report changes in clients’ physical or emotional well-being

• Maintain a safe, supportive, and compassionate care environment

• Work collaboratively with the care team to meet individual client needs

Qualifications:

• PSW Certificate or Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) designation required

• DSW or SSW considered an asset

• Clear Vulnerable Sector Screening (VSS) required

• Proof of three (3) COVID-19 vaccinations

• Proof of measles vaccination

• Step 2 TB testing required

• Strong interpersonal skills with a caring, empathetic approach

• A genuine love for working with seniors
