Parts Receiver & Inventory Coordinator

Bay Marine Powersports Dealership, located in Trenton, is locally owned and operated premier powersports and marine dealer. Offering a new and used inventory of boats, outboards, personal watercrafts, ATVs, snowmobiles and side by sides.

Bay Marine is looking for a Full Time Part receiver & Inventory Coordinator to join their team

Job Duties: 

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming part shipments
• Enter received parts accurately into the dealership management system
• Stock, label, and organize parts inventory
• Maintain accurate inventory levels and assist with cycle counts
• Identify and report shortages, discrepancies, or damaged parts to technicians
• Communicate clearly with service advisors and technicians regarding parts availability, backorders, and delivery timelines
• Assist parts staff as needed to ensure smooth daily operations
• Keep the parts and warehouse areas clean, organized and safe
• Follow dealership procedures for returns, cores, and warranty parts

Skills/Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a parts receiver mandatory
• Dealership experience preferred in powersports, marine, automotive or equipment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Basic computer and inventory system experience
• Able to lift up to 50lbs
• Reliable, team oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
