Membership Services Staff

The YMCA Northumberland, located in Brighton, is a growing service organization and charity. 

The YMCA Northumberland, Brighton location is seeking a Part Time Membership Services Staff member to join their team.

Job Duties:

• Providing direct front line support to the Membership Services
• Ensure a safe and clean environment is always maintained and enforcement of facility policies, rules and regulations
• Actively participate in scheduled programs, meetings, service training and special events
• Support group fitness instruction and individual conditioning program

Qualifications:

• Experience in Customer Service orientation and computer skills
• YMCA Fitness Leaders Certification in Individual Conditioning or Group Fitness with the ability to instruct various group fitness classes an asset
• Current Standard First Aid/CPR “C” required
• Police Vulnerable Sector Check required prior to first day of work. Police checks are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
• Well developed interpersonal and relationship building skills
• Ability to work flexible hours including early morning, weeknights and weekends

Additional Information:

• Wages: $18 per hour
