OneLook was founded in Prince Edward County in 2018 with the goal of modernizing how real estate was being marketed. Since then, the company has grown to service multiple regions including the Bay of Quinte, Northumberland, Durham, Peterborough and the Kawarthas with the goal of continued expansion into new markets. OneLook consists of its core division “OneLook Real Estate” and its secondary “OneLook Studios” division. The Real Estate division acts as a full scope marketing agency to support Realtors and Real Estate Professionals with ready to go packages and services to market their listings effectively and expand their brand to win more listings. OneLook Studios is a growing agency with the goal of supporting small to medium sized businesses through content creation, ads management, podcasts & other marketing activities with the goal of providing tangible results through a strategic approach to content distribution.
At OneLook, we are developing a membership style experience where sales is more relational over transactional. Every experience any client of OneLook has should feel like white glove service.

What You’ll Be Doing
This role is ultimately responsible for one thing: helping drive consistent revenue growth.
That looks like:
- Build and maintain relationships with current clients; stay top-of-mind
- Identify upsell opportunities and help clients get more value
- Follow up on leads, quotes, and inquiries
- Reach out to potential clients (text, email, calls, social media)
- Monitor incoming business, gaps, and emerging opportunities
- Guide clients from initial interest → booking → repeat business
You won’t be sitting around waiting for tasks. You’ll be actively helping move the business forward.

- Sales: 3 years (preferred), account management, or client success Real estate, media, or marketing CRM tools, follow-up systems, or pipeline tracking
Compensation:
We’ve structured this role to cover base tasks and reward performance.
Base: $35,000-$45,000 (depending on experience) + Commission Structure
What Commission Could Look Like*
Starting Out: $250-$1,000 per month
Ramping Up: $1,000-$1,500 per month
High Performance: $2,000-$3,500 per month
