Labourer/Solar Installer

Solana Energy is backed by 20+ years of experience, Solana designs and delivers solar energy systems that lower costs while reducing environmental impact — helping homeowners and businesses achieve both financial and sustainability goals. 

Solana is currently looking to add to their team approximately 10 Labourers/Solar Installers. This is a full-time contract position until June 2026.

No experience required, will train.

Physical Demands:

• Work outdoors in all weather, throughout winter
• Involves standing, reaching, repetitive motion, rough terrain, lifting up to 40 lbs.

Requirements:

• Hard hat, hi viz clothing and safety boots
• Weather appropriate attire
• Reliable transportation to Goodyear Road site
• Remote site with limited opportunity to purchase lunch – bring own lunch (lunch room on site)
