Information Session about becoming a Technological Education Teacher

• Queen’s University and the Ontario College of Teachers have created the Multi-Session Transitional Certificate of Qualification and Registration (MTCQR), available to those working in the technological trades who are interested in becoming a certified teacher. This allows individuals interested, the opportunity to work while also completing their studies to become a certified teacher.         
• During this information session, you will tour high school tech shops, find out about the MTCQR program and hear about employment opportunities with Hastings and Prince Edward District School Board.

These sessions will take place on;

• Tuesday, November 4, 2025 at 6:00 PM at Bayside Secondary School  in the Cafeteria, 1247 Old Highway 2, Belleville, ON, K8R 0B1
• Wednesday, November 5, 2025 at 6:00 PM at Central Hastings School in the Cafeteria, 129 Elgin Street, PO Box 520, Madoc, ON K0K 2K0
