Industrial Painter

Quest-Tech Inc., a family-owned precision metal fabricator located in Belleville Ontario is seeking a Full Time Industrial Painter.

Our company was formed in 1982 to supply custom sheet metal parts and assemblies to discerning clients throughout North America and abroad who expect the best concerning quality, lead times, and overall value. Operating out of a large modern 80,000 square foot facility, we provide a complete range of fabrication and finishing services including shearing, laser cutting, punching, forming, welding, painting (wet/powder), silk screening, assembly, and custom packing.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for routine and preventative maintenance painting apparatus within paint shop
• Painting small to large items
• Performing equipment and product inspections
• Prepare liquid paint
• Paint and/ or powder coat a variety of surfaces including all alloy metals
• Visibly inspect surfaces prepared for coating application

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in an industrial painter position
• Energetic
• Attention to detail
• Reliable and dependable
• Strong manual dexterity
• Good communication and problem-solving skills

Additional Information:

• Wages $20-$25 per hour
• Expected Hours: 32-40 per week
• Monday to Friday
• Drivers license or means to commute to work daily
